    This includes conference materials, lunch for the 2 days, attending the conference and social dinner for the first evening.

    If you would like to bring an accompanying person, an "additional person fee for meals and social event" may be purchased.
    The additional person fee for meals and social event includes 5 lunches and the social dinner.
